Days requires contact within seven days (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) of “Australia Post Marking your garments as delivered” Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and quote your order # along with why you would like to return your Garment.
Please send shipping/tracking details of return “with proof of physical postage” within 24hours of receiving our email in response to your refund request.
Garments returned without email contact will be not be refunded, and the Garment will be returned to you if possible.
Garment must be unworn and in original conditions. If we receive your Garment and it is not in its original condition, the item will be returned to you, and no refund will be given.
Any items not posted within 24 hours (excluding Weekends and Public Holidays) can not be refunded.
Days will not be responsible for incorrect care of Garment. Please ensure you care for your Garment according to care labels. Incorrect care of garment does show in the way the linen responds to the garment being washed.
All Days garments are quality checked and compliance in-house.

Digital Currency such as Qoin are not eligable for refunds or exchanges.
Return Shipping Cost
The buyer is responsible for Shipping Cost on Returns.
If the Garment is found to be faulty upon return. Days will arrange shipping, and a full refund will be offered once the Garment is returned.
Sometimes we may not offer you an exchange as Days produces in small quantities to align with our sustainable values. Please double-check your size requirements by measuring or emailing Days firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support.

Days Byron Bay offers free standard shipping in all orders
Days Byron Bay will be offering international shipping in the coming months.
Pre-orders will be normally shipped with-in 4 – 6 weeks. We will contact you to confirm shipping address prior to sending your order.
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
